These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through PadelCamp. By completing a booking you agree to these terms.

1. Service Provider

PadelCamp is operated by Pau Gallardo Campos, an individual travel curator based in Zurich, Switzerland. Email: hello@padelcamp.com.

2. Booking and Contract

A binding contract is formed when you complete the online booking process and payment is confirmed. You will receive a booking confirmation email with your reference number within 24 hours.

Bookings can be made by any person aged 18 or over. The person making the booking accepts these terms on behalf of all travellers in the group.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated. Prices are per person as displayed at the time of booking. Prices include the services listed under "What's included" for each trip.

Prices may be updated at any time before your booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, your price is fixed.

4. Payment

Full payment is due when you confirm your trip plan. No deposit required. We only book flights, hotels and coaching sessions after payment is received. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. No card data is stored by PadelCamp.

5. Cancellation by You

You may cancel your booking by emailing hello@padelcamp.com. No reason required. The following charges apply:

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations for medical or personal reasons. Refunds processed within 14 days. Full cancellation policy at padelcamp.com/cancellation.

6. Cancellation by PadelCamp

If we must cancel your trip due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, coach unavailability, safety concerns), we will offer a full refund or alternative dates. We are not liable for additional costs such as flights.

7. Amendments

Requests to change travel dates, group size or other trip details are subject to availability. Amendments must be requested at least 14 days before departure.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability. PadelCamp does not provide insurance.

9. Our Responsibility

PadelCamp acts as a travel organiser. We work with third-party accommodation, coaching and transport providers. While we select partners carefully, we cannot be held liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, unforeseen events, or circumstances outside our control.

Our total liability to you in respect of any booking shall not exceed the total price paid for that booking.

10. Coaching Disclaimer

Padel is a physical sport. You participate in coaching sessions at your own risk. We recommend consulting a doctor before participating if you have any health concerns. PadelCamp is not liable for injuries sustained during coaching sessions.

11. Complaints

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
